CareTech Symposium 2025

We are pleased to invite you to the annual CareTech Symposium, taking place on October 7th 2025 at the VU Medical Center (VUMC) .

This year, our central theme is collaboration. Over the course of two days, we aim to provide an inspiring platform to foster new connections and strengthen existing ones within our community.

We welcome all participants to submit posters—whether you wish to present a challenge in need of a solution, showcase your scientific work, or introduce a product or concept. This is your opportunity to share, engage, and receive valuable feedback.

To participate with a poster, please indicate your interest when registering on the registration website.

Note: Signing up for a poster does not automatically register you for the symposium, and vice versa.

• Spots are limited, so we encourage you to register early.
• Registration is open until Sunday, September 21th, 2025, or until we reach capacity—whichever comes first.
